you may know, Xebra, Inc. has acquired substantially
all of the assets of GoCollect, Inc. and certain related
companies in a transaction that closed on October 31,
2005. The GoCollect.com website, its trademark "Web's
Widest Selection of Collectibles & Gifts" and
sister websites are now owned and operated by Xebra,
Inc. d/b/a GoCollect.com.
Xebra's mission
is to make GoCollect.com a more efficient and cost-effective
retail catalog and company - now owned by six prominent
industry retailers, dedicated management and staff,
and a new group of strategic investors.
